Thought I would write and let you know how my new "The Good-One" Rodeo Smoker is doing.
In short, I could not be happier with this smoker. After two cooks, I feel like I've got it down. Controlling the temp is so easy I almost feel guilty when people comment on my meat. I've cooked ribs, brisket, pork butt you name it and they've all come out excellent.

As a matter of fact, I cooked two butts last weekend that were the best I"ve ever cooked. I get almost 8 hours cooking on one load of charcoal. Can't complain about that.

I also want to thank you for the wonderful service. I was pleasantly surprised when you called and told me that my original smoker was damaged in shipment and you had already ordered it's replacement. It arrived in time for my original promised date. Great Service!!!!!!

What you're doing with Grill'n Out Iowa is absolutely amazing. I've attended several of your classes and have enjoyed them all. With the rubs, equipment, classes, etc. you are a truly THE "one-stop-shop" for serious BBQ'ers in Iowa.

Thanks for all of your help and thanks for providing great service! You know, I'm glad that Lang never got back to me regarding my order with them. Chris and the folks at The Good One put out great product and provide a great service!!!!
